Whole Story Solutions grew out of years of working closely with nonprofit leaders who were doing meaningful, high-impact work—but were stretched thin by the complexity and demands of fundraising.
We saw a different way forward.
Nonprofit leaders often first engaged us to support their grant efforts. But over time, the work expanded because a proposal was rarely the only thing funders needed. Organizations also needed evaluation plans, logic models, annual reports, program overviews, budgets, and polished attachments that helped funders understand the full scope of their work. We found ourselves helping clients shape not just the proposal—but the full set of materials that bring a nonprofit’s work into focus.
Rather than offering narrow or transactional services, we built a practice rooted in partnership—one that supports nonprofits across the full lifecycle of grants and fundraising communications. From prospect research and strategy to proposal development, reporting, and impact storytelling, we roll up our sleeves alongside our clients as collaborators and extensions of their teams.
